Jim
     Sasse

President of HR Systems  Jim has been in the human resource outsourcing business over 25 years, helping a wide range of companies handle human resource issues successfully.  Jim’s clients have ranged in size from 3 to over 250 employees, and cover a wide range of industries.

Jim served 8 years on the National Association of Professional Employers board.  In addition, he was a founding member and first President of the Ohio association, and is often asked to provide input to the Ohio State Worker’s Compensation system.

Jim has a passion for doing things right.  Sometimes that is improving quality, productivity and morale for company owners.   Other times that is solving employee concerns and making the workplace the preferred place to work.  He is our in-house expert on employment law.  However, we keep attorneys on retainer for specialized counsel.

Connie
     Koch

Sales and Operations  Connie Koch has extensive experience in Sales, Operations and Human Resources and in cultivating strategic business partnerships.  She has a License in Life and Health Insurance and her level of expertise with benefits can be advantageous in determining the needs of a company to maximize the return on your investment. 

Connie also excels in customer service, training and management; she is committed to providing resources that stay current with recent trends and technologies.

Dan
     Donovan

 Sales and Marketing  Dan is also an experienced human resource professional.  He spent 10 years in human resource management at a large company, then for 20 years was President of a human resource consulting company.
  
His expertise is training, team building, and communication.  His small-business ownership serves him well with our customers.

Nancy
     Sasse

 Nancy Sasse specializes in Worker’s Compensation management, and uses her medical background to make certain the effects of accidents are minimized.  Nancy also oversees the hardware and software aspects of office communications.

Carla
     Hartman

 Carla is our internal accounting person.  She is responsible for taxes, financials, all BWC accounts, keeping track of benefit payments and COBRA notifications.  In addition, Carla oversees the payroll functions.  Carla is a pro.  Payroll mistakes are an unnecessary dissatisfier to a client.  Carla helps keep us mistake free.  She is a real favorite of our clients.
 
 

 

Jack
     Momany

 Jack Momany manages our safety function.  He is the former corporate safety manager for Toledo Edison.  He conducts safety meetings at client locations, investigates accidents, does OSHA compliance audits, and conducts safety seminars on specific topics.

Karen
     Crook

 Karen has over 20 years experience in payroll, with prior experience in multi-state payrolls.  She started with HR Systems in April 2008.  Karen processes payroll and payroll deductions, handles garnishments, child support and employee verification.  Karen shares Carla’s attitude that payrolls are mistake free and carries that through all her work.
