Audit

We like to begin with an HR audit that covers policy and procedures, hiring, orientation, terminations and unemployment, worker’s compensation, safety, payroll, benefits, employee development, performance evaluation and incentive pay, and mission and vision of the company.  The audit gives us a baseline and provides the context of a discussion of whether our services can be advantageous.

Business
     Decision

We investigate the savings of time and money our services bring.  We are a “one-stop” supplier; therefore, we can replace other services such as payroll, drug-free workplace training, benefit negotiations, recruiting, background checks, and a variety of training topics.  We anticipate long-term relationships with our clients.  The cost/benefit economics need to make sense from the outset.

Commitment
     /contract

We prefer working as a co-employer, also called a PEO arrangement, although we have other options available.  After concluding the agreement, there is a lot of work for us in the first few months, such as an employee meeting to explain the upgraded services, reviewing policies and making recommendations.  As one client stated, "This is the time where we learn to use your service."
